RETURN POLICY
Items purchased with the GMA coupon are FINAL SALE. Otherwise, if you are not fully satisfied with a Mar Y Sol product you may return non-sale items for a full refund with the following terms. Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns beyond 30 days. Please Note: All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. For exchanges, please place a new order online and return the original item. This will result in the fastest delivery of your preferred item. Returns can be shipped, at the customers expense, to : Mar Y Sol Returns 164 West Walnut Street Kutztown, PA 19530.  Please include a copy of your order or your full name and last four digits of your order number. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method since we cannot be responsible for returns that have not reached our warehouse.   Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and shipping costs are not refundable. Mar Y Sol will replace any bag with a manufacturing defect but not as a result of wear and tear.


PRODUCT CARE
Mar Y Sol handbags and home accessories are all hand-dyed and hand-woven from natural renewable materials such as raffia palm fiber. Our products can be spot cleaned with a lightly damp cloth.
Leather will soften with age and should be cared for like other leather products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail which is normally delivered within 6-10 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number. USPS is normally affordable and reliable for international shipping but please keep in mind the following details:
* Goods shipped outside of the USA will be declared as “Merchandise” at its full retail value and the customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees associated with the customer’s local importation regulations.
* Delivery times are approximate and local customs processing may add time to your delivery.
* If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible
for the original shipping costs and shipping costs in resending the order.
